I have been struggling writing this review, partially because I rarely wrote reviews, most importantly, I felt this obligation to write one, simply because the EXPERIENCE WAS SO EXCEPTIONAL! At the time when I decided to order an excavator for my business, I sent inquiries to dozens of companies. To a certain point, I had to decided which company I had to choose, and why. Bessie at Zhengzhou E.P helped to make this decision quickly. Her touch through the entire processes was so professional, and mostly impressively, also so personal. Her clear communication from the stages of inquiring, confirming specs, shipping options, ordering, testing, packaging, to shipping, transporting and delivering impressed me so much that I was completely moved by her passion! I have tested the excavator and accessories for the last 2 month. THEIR QUALITIES ARE SOLID! BTW, Bessie, the instruction was in tool box. I recalled that, I put inside the box when I unwrapped the machine. Thank you, Bessie!!!

Need to change grease injector and fix some screws. But it was 95% ok
